Due to increased volume and the impact of COVID-19, we are experiencing delays in processing and shipping orders which may impact delivery time. Therefore, your order may take longer than usual to arrive.
We assure you that any shipping delays will not impact your return or exchange time frame. We thank you for your patience as we fulfill orders as quickly and safely as possible and apologize for any inconvenience.
To return the products, please submit items change request to customer service via service@barclient.com.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY?
- You may return your eligible merchandise for a refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt.
- All Closeout items are Final Sale and not eligible for return.
- Shipping and handling fees will not be refunded.
- Refunds will be applied to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
- As soon as we have received your item(s) in it´s original condition and original package, we will process your refund.
WHAT ITEMS ARE ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS AND EXCHANGES?
- Please be sure to follow washing and handling instructions carefully, as barclient does not offer returns or exchanges due to the mis-washing of products.
- Defective merchandise will be exchanged at the current value unless accompanied by receipt.
- Returned items will be inspected and non-defective merchandise must be returned in original, unworn condition.
- Underwear and Face Masks are considered Final Sale and therefore cannot be returned.
COMPLAINT
Were something broken when you unpacked your package? Contact us as soon as possible and we will send a replacement product or part to you. We are responsible for all costs associated with a claim, both freight for substitute and to bring back the defective to us. E-mail: service@barclient.com
